Jasmine is an English graduate from Nottingham. Her extensive front-of-house experience, including preparing stylish avocado dishes in Amsterdam, creating cocktails and making coffee in a variety of independent cafes, aligns with her passion for building strong relationships with colleagues and partners. Jasmine describes herself as ‘an exuberant individual that thrives in social settings’ so we are very lucky to have her as our host in True House.
I chose True because throughout the interview process they were consistently interested in my identity as an individual and how my unique character would contribute to the business and the team. As a company, they care about passion and drive, wanting to curate a team of like-minded people that have the ability to become assets to a constantly evolving, successful business.
My job is to welcome members to our lovely office, build strong relationships and ensure the smooth running of the building to generate the best possible experience for everyone.
I love the fast-paced diversity of this role and the opportunity to meet and greet a variety of people on a daily basis. A challenging aspect of my job is ensuring that there is a consistently high quality of service and experience for the community when issues arise — as there is only one of me!
I am a coffee lover and therefore would usually spend a lot on hot drinks, particularly during winter. The Pret A Manger subscription is perfect for those always on the go and with the variety of drinks included, there is always something to satisfy your needs. This reimagined subscription model for a coffee company generates a regular income and loyalty towards their brand, whilst keeping customers happy knowing they have a quick and easy option of up to five drinks per day!
My Mum has always encouraged me to believe in myself and go after my dreams. Her compassionate and inspiring nature has given me the mindset that anything is possible with hard work and determination!

Not a day seems to go by that a New ‘Quick’ grocery operator doesn't raise funds - launching in a new country or forming a new partnership. In just the past few weeks Berlin-based Gorillas has raised $1bn, and launched a partnership with Tesco.
This October, our team was finally able to meet in person for a few fun-filled days of getting to know each other — and our new brand — a little better.
“Poppy is first-class — I feel respected, listened to, and most importantly supported when I work with her. She has everybody‘s best interests at heart.”
“Serena is a fantastic team member to work with, and as a leader at True enables our people to perform at their best.”
