Thea is a journalism graduate and has worked at the likes of EY, Ivaldi Capital, LGT Capital Partners and, most recently, at fintech start-up Upside Technologies. She manages the marketing and communications at True; ensuring that everyone in our community is connected and up to date with all our news.

Why did you choose True?
I was drawn to the values, culture, and disruptive energy of True.
How would you describe your job to a five-year old?
I write stories and create pretty pictures to make complicated things much easier to understand.
What do you love most and least about your job?
I love being creative, whether that’s in design or copywriting. I’m not so keen on being a slave to social media.

Which person or people helped shape and inspire who you are today?
In classic post-modern style, I am an amalgamation of a whole host of inspirational people, from those I have worked with in the past who have encouraged me and seen my potential, to those I am lucky enough to call friends and family.
