Action beyond words

We see governance as more than just compliance. We insist upon transparency with all of our investment partners; we ensure that the companies we invest in work responsibly, and adhere to all employment and environmental regulations.

We hold our own organisation to account through our B Corporation certificate. We’re a people-first organisation, and we’re working hard to make sure we offer opportunities or all. We believe that as a group, we must use our influence for good, and create positive change in business. And we use our charitable endeavours to help create a wider positive impact.

Putting social justice at the heart of British politics

The Centre for Social Justice

The Centre for Social Justice [CSJ] is an organisation committed to driving change at the highest levels of government with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people and communities on the ground. In 2024, we launched our Pupil Premium Project with an aim to build an education system that empowers all young people with the skills and knowledge to reach their full potential, regardless of substantial barriers faced.

Equal access to opportunity is something we take very seriously at True. That's why we were proud to have funded the CSJ's 2025 report, Unequal Returns, which looks at whether the money allocated to support disadvantaged children in schools is actually making a difference, and finds that, too often, it isn't. For us, that's not a reason to step back; it's a reason to keep pushing for something better.

Fighting life threatening allergies and saving lives

The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation

A charity close to our hearts, The Natasha Allergy Research Foundation transforms the lives of millions of individuals and their families impacted by food allergies - a problem that is escalating rapidly.

Founded in the memory of Natasha Ednan-Laperouse, who tragically died at the age of 15 from a severe allergic reaction, the charity drives change through medical research, campaigning, and support for allergy sufferers and their families. Their campaigning work was instrumental in bringing about Natasha's Law, which requires full ingredient labelling on pre-packaged food. They have also recently launched Natasha's Prize, a groundbreaking £10 million global research award aimed at creating a future without food allergy altogether.

Universify

Universify Education is a charity working to reduce educational inequality, supporting young people from backgrounds where applying to university often isn't seen as an option, despite the profound difference it can make to their future. By equipping students with the skills, knowledge and confidence to make successful university applications, regardless of their background, Universify helps break cycles of poverty and inequality that better education can unlock. And it's working: Universify students go on to university at more than double the expected rate.
