Zwift: An at-home training platform that connects cyclists around the world.
About
Zwift, founded in 2014, is a fitness technology company combining gaming and exercise to create an immersive virtual training experience for cyclists and runners. The platform was built to gamify fitness and inspire more people to be active more often. Zwift is used in more than 190 countries.
Our journey with Zwift:
We first invested in 2018 as part of a Series B round alongside Highland Europe, Causeway Media and Novator. We re-invested in 2020 in their $450m Series C following a significant uplift in demand for at-home fitness.
In 2026, Zwift acquired Rouvy, adding real-route video riding alongside its own virtual worlds.
