Born with a love of languages, Alice studied Arabic and French at the University of Leeds, spending a year soaking up the sun and culture in Morocco. Prior to joining True, she started out in merchandising at Boden before moving into fashion market research and data analytics at GlobalData, where she focused on identifying industry trends and advising brands such as Primark and Nike. Outside of work, she’s most likely lacing up her running shoes and heading out for a run.
I chose True because it’s a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. I get to work with some of the biggest names in retail and help them explore innovations that can truly move the needle — whether that’s improving customer experience, operations or driving enterprise value.
I’m like a toy tester — but for tech. I help shops find the innovations that make their business work better and customers’ lives easier.
I’m particularly interested in how technology is driving more sustainable retail — helping brands reduce waste, optimise logistics, and give customers real visibility into the impact of what they buy.
