My background is in hospitality and front-of-house operations, and over the years I’ve developed a real passion for creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere for guests and teams alike. When I discovered the opportunity at True, it felt like the perfect fit — a place that values relationships, first impressions, and the small touches that make a big difference.
I chose True because it felt different — friendly, down-to-earth, and full of genuine people. There’s a great mix of professionalism and warmth here, and I wanted to be part of a company that values both.
I’d say: “I welcome people when they visit our office, make them drinks, and help them find where they’re going.” Basically, I make sure everyone feels happy and looked after when they come in.
The Devil Wears Prada. Ok, not the stressful parts! But the main character (Andy) learns how to handle a fast-paced, high-standard environment while staying composed, helpful and reliable. That adaptability and attention to detail totally reflect what a great host does in an investment firm.
I’d love to make time management easier for everyone — maybe something that helps people balance work and personal life better. We all get so busy, and it would be great to have a way to slow down a bit and stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed.
