Why did you choose True?
I chose True because it felt different — friendly, down-to-earth, and full of genuine people. There’s a great mix of professionalism and warmth here, and I wanted to be part of a company that values both.
How would you describe your job to a five-year-old?
I’d say: “I welcome people when they visit our office, make them drinks, and help them find where they’re going.” Basically, I make sure everyone feels happy and looked after when they come in.
What book, article or movie has profoundly impacted your life?
The Devil Wears Prada. Ok, not the stressful parts! But the main character (Andy) learns how to handle a fast-paced, high-standard environment while staying composed, helpful and reliable. That adaptability and attention to detail totally reflect what a great host does in an investment firm.
If you could reimagine something to make life easier for people, what would it be?
I’d love to make time management easier for everyone — maybe something that helps people balance work and personal life better. We all get so busy, and it would be great to have a way to slow down a bit and stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed.
