Why did you choose True?

I chose True because I was really drawn to the culture they have created. I loved the idea of working somewhere that brings people, ideas and brands together in such a collaborative way. At True everyone is driven, curious and genuinely passionate about shaping the future of retail and consumer. It felt like the perfect environment to grow, be challenged and be part of something exciting.

How would you describe your job to a five-year-old?

I help make sure everything works the way it’s supposed to. If something needs organising, fixing or planning, I’m the person who helps make it happen.

What book, article or movie has profoundly impacted your life?

Atomic Habits by James Clear has had a big impact on me. It’s simple but powerful, little changes can genuinely reshape your life. It helped me rethink routines, focus on what actually matters day to day, and realise that small, consistent habits can lead to big growth over time.

If you could reimagine something to make life easier for people, what would it be?

I’d rethink the admin overload that comes with modern life. From sorting out travel to dealing with expenses, bookings and endless forms it all adds up. I’d love a single, intelligent system that handles all the boring, repetitive bits for you so people can spend more time actually enjoying their lives.
