The Cotswold Company have delivered another strong trading performance this Christmas, with sales growing 17% year-on-year and significantly outperforming the broader home and furniture market. They’ve also launched their newest showroom — their first retail park location in Chichester — which is already trading ahead of expectations, broadening their footprint and accessibility.

CEO Ralph Tucker comments:

I’d like to begin by thanking everyone at The Cotswold Company for their dedication and hard work over recent months. The expertise and perseverance of our teams have been fundamental to delivering another fantastic Christmas trading period – one in which we significantly outperformed the home and furniture sector once again.

The shift towards timeless, high quality and made-to-last furniture continues to go from strength to strength. At The Cotswold Company, we are embracing this shift with a broader range of products that add character and charm to each corner of the home, and we’re delighted more have chosen us this Christmas.

Another strong result that reflects the momentum behind The Cotswold Company’s quality-led proposition and the kind of disciplined, long-term brand building we’re proud to support here at True.
