Nathan comes to us from Auckland, New Zealand. His experience spans a variety of roles championing effective risk and compliance management (at Westpac in NZ, and recently Deutsche Bank in London) before joining True.

Why did you choose True?
True is on an incredible growth trajectory, and being able to join a dynamic business and help it through its journey was too exciting an opportunity to pass up.
How would you describe your job to a five-year-old?
I help to keep our business safe.
What do you love most — and least — about your job?
I love that there is always a sense of forward momentum at True, which reflects in the variation of day-to-day work which always feels like it is working towards a higher goal.

Which person or people helped shape and inspire who you are today?
Equal shout out to my parents who without a doubt had the biggest impact on who I am, allowing and encouraging me to find my own career path and interests.
