Nathan joined True in 2021 with broad experience delivering risk and compliance programmes and change/transformation projects across consumer, commercial, and investment banking. His past roles were at GE Capital, Latitude Financial Services, Westpac, and Deutsche Bank.

I help to keep our business safe.
What do you love most — and least — about your job?
I love that there is always a sense of forward momentum at True, which reflects in the variation of day-to-day work which always feels like it is working towards a higher goal.

Which person or people helped shape and inspire who you are today?
Equal shout out to my parents who without a doubt had the biggest impact on who I am, allowing and encouraging me to find my own career path and interests.
